Perfection

We moved to a new apartment a few weeks ago after extensive renovation and decoration. Two days before the move, we cleaned every corner of the apartment. At that time, i spotted some faults, such as, little pieces of wallpaper are torn off, missing wallpaper in a small hidden area, a uncovered hole in an edge... i told my wife all these, she replied that they are all minor, she said that i should be grateful to those who helped decorate our new home.

Yes, she is right. Finding faults is too easy to me. In fact, the new home is already very nice after great effort spent by our best friend for decoration. i should not focus on minor mistakes. Concentrating on correction of all little cracks, little faults in order to pursue perfection is completely non-realistic. i believe that even a very pricey luxurious car also contains a number of very minor faults.

Perfection can only be found from God. Our soul will not rest in peace unless we found God.
